One-on-one means I’m going to hold you accountable. And you’re going to hold yourself accountable too. This isn’t babysitting; it’s game-changing. The goal here is for you to reach your goals, feel full, empowered, enlightened, and whatever else you want to feel in your business and your life, and to help you reconnect with what matters most to you. A couple of things you need to know:
- The first session is gonna be a long one. Plan for one and a half hours. Maybe two. We’ll dive into ALL of it. Your goals, your business plan, the stuff you love, the stuff you hate, what’s working, what’s not, etc. etc. You might cry. We’ll definitely laugh together. And you’ll feel a weight lifted. This is the beginning.
- We meet bi-weekly. We check in every two weeks. Like clockwork.
- You’ll have homework. And you’ll do it.
- You’ll make strides. Lots of them. You’ll set goals and get shit done. You’ll craft a vision and mission. You’ll blast outta your comfort zone. You’ll get out of your own way. We’ll talk about whatever is essential for your business success; things like brand, marketing, leadership, finance, management, HR, sales, networking, and more.
